Thanks for wanting to serve on the YAC!  We are a group that meets to serve the youth,
parents, and adults at First Baptist Church by planning, evaluating and improving the youth
ministry.  We're choosing 3 youth to serve this year:
One 6th-8th grader, one 9th-10th grader, & one 11th-12th grader.  Complete this form and
turn it in to the church office by Friday, September 14th.
Briefly describe how you became a Christian (when, where, who helped you, etc.)
Describe how you have grown in your relationship with God since then.
What would you like to see happen in the youth ministry at First Baptist Church?
Consider your schedule this year.  Do you have time to commit to the Youth Advisory Council?
We meet at least once a month on Sunday morning at 7:30 am.
